General Information - Deer Trails Cabin Rentals

Our area of the Blue Ridge Mountains provides the perfect setting for family vacations, reunions, or just a peaceful getaway from everyday life.
Each season has its own beauty and excitement, which is why we stay open year round. Enjoy the cool mountain summers, the breath-taking fall colors, the beauty of the first snow or the majesty of the wildflowers and other vegetation of springtime. Of course, each season has its own activities: fairs, festivals, whitewater rafting, tubing, swimming, boating, trout fishing, snow skiing, sleding, hiking, or just plain relaxing!
All cabins include the following: telephone, fireplace or gas logs (firewood is provided during winter months for wood burning fireplaces), covered porch, television with vcr, washer and dryer, microwave, and air conditioning. Your linens, paper products, and appliances are also provided. Some cabins also have outdoor hot tubs, whirlpool tubs, dishwashers, and satellite television.
Each cabin has a fully equipped kitchen. All linens and paper products are provided for your convenience. All of this is done to make your stay a special time. We want you to return and tell your friends; that is why we work a little harder to keep the cabins clean and well equipped.

Rates range from $135 to $175 per night. All cabins have at least a two night minimum.
Weekly rates start at $810. Rates do not include 7% sales tax and 3% lodging tax
nor a $45 cleaning fee.

If you stay six nights with us, you get the seventh night FREE!

The full rental fee is due 10 days before the first rental day. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, personal check, travelers checks, money orders or cash.

Last minute rentals may be available, but the full rental fee will be due at the time of booking.

All rates are for four people with each additional person incurring a fee of $10 per night per person.
This includes children.

A standard cleaning fee of $35 will be added to each rental and 10% sales/lodging tax is added to the rate.

A full refund will be given for cancellations 14 or more days before the first rental date. Cancellation less than 7 days before the first rental date will forfeit 50% of the rental amount. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
