• The full rental fee is due 10 days before the first rental day. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard,
  personal check, travelers checks, money orders or cash.
• Last minute rentals may be available, but the full rental fee will be due at the time of booking.
• All rates are for four people with each additional person incurring a fee of $10 per night per person.
  This includes children.
• A standard cleaning fee of $45 will be added to each rental and 10% sales/lodging tax is added to the rate.
• A full refund will be given for cancellations 14 or more days before the first rental date. Cancellation less than
  7 days before the first rental date will forfeit 50% of the rental amount. There are no refunds for shortened stays.
